The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. macantogel shall not be liable for any interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party network disruptions, or circumstances beyond macantogel's reasonable control.
macantogel's maximum aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date of the claim.
macantogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, macantogel reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including any wagering winnings, without liability. Where termination is not attributable to a breach by the User, macantogel will return the verifiable Account Balance to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory identity verification.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting macantogel's customer support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard processing timelines.
